Angel T Fashion applies Directive 83/2011 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on Consumer Rights.
We give you the opportunity, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, to return it or replace it with another one, provided the product is in its original form, packaging, and quality. Products subject to return or replacement are those that have not undergone any processing/washing, ironing, cutting and other actions that violate their integrity.
In case of inconsistency of the received goods with the contract for its online sale, the User has the right to make a claim under the terms and conditions of the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days of its receipt. The consumer should provide a return to the bank transfer form by means of the Return Form. Provided that you have different products in one order, the first day is the day on which the last product of the order was delivered. The cost of returning or replacing the product (s) is at the expense of the customer. We will be happy to assist you with your every question. Upon purchase, replacement of product or products is made once and is not refundable.
Reclamation is made when the purchased item does not match the contract between the parties at the sale. The discrepancy in the agreement between the parties may be represented by production defects of the product, deficiencies of parts found in the goods, damage to the goods during transportation. The advertisement can be presented to the respective Seller on the phone indicated in the contacts, while the User must return the goods within 7 days.
In the case of a claim, the consumer may choose to replace the specific item for the same, without defects or in any other size or color, or return the goods for a refund of the price paid.
An e-shop consultant may offer to replace the item with another item as the consumer pays if the other item is more expensive. It can be substituted for two items at the same price, or the User is refunded the difference between the replaced item and the new item if the price of the new item is lower than the price paid by the User.
Return of the goods in case of a claim, in case of non-factory defect or transport damages, shall be carried out under the following conditions:
preserved good commercial appearance (the product is not torn, scratched, worn, prana, ironed, odorless);
there are no malfunctions caused by improper use;
reserved original packaging and label.
The return of a good on a claim may be made in the manner and at the address indicated on the commodity receipt with which the Customer has received the order. When exchanging goods, the transportation costs are at the expense of the User in either direction, unless the substitution has been imposed by the fault of the e-shop.
SHORTLY: Within 7 days after receipt of the goods, the customer has the right to return or replace it, stating reasons and subject to the following conditions:
Preserved good commercial appearance, fully preserved packaging (the product is not torn, scratched, worn, prana, ironed, odorless)
There are no malfunctions caused by improper use
Reserved original packaging, consumables and accessories, if there were any included
The shipping costs for the return of goods are at the expense of the customer. (In case of replacement, the customer pays 2 courier charges in both directions)
Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays and public holidays
Special conditions for the return of specific goods
Custom made and custom sized products CANNOT be returned or replaced!
Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless they are delivered defective or defective.
Products that are part of a set must be returned as a set.
